Mr. Kelley focuses his practice on foreclosure defense and real estate. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry and works closely with homeowners to make sure they have equitable representation in the courts.
Prior to starting his own firm Mr. Kelley worked as in-house counsel at JARI Research, a non-profit cancer research company, and LexisNexis, a global provider of content-enabled solutions to attorneys and other professionals. While at JARI Research he was responsible for civil litigation, corporate contracts, risk management, patents, and trademarks. Mr. Kelley also worked on a lengthy arbitration that successfully recovered over $50 million in escrow funds on his clients’ behalf.
While at LexisNexis/Seisint Mr. Kelley managed corporate contracts and handled government compliance issues. He led the due diligence process preceding the 2004 acquisition of Seisint by LexisNexis for $775 million.
Mr. Kelley attended the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, an MBA with a specialization in Finance, as well as his law degree. Mr. Kelley also earned a Bachelor degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Kelley is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Conrad Grant primarily focuses on foreclosure defense, loan modification advocacy and Landlord/Tenant litigation. Mr. Grant fights for homeowners to make sure they are treated equitably in the courts, and provides representation at all stages of the foreclosure process.
Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Grant spent six years as a teacher and a coach in the Palm Beach County school district, where he taught English to high school students and coached soccer, track and field, and cross country. Mr. Grant is also a highly decorated veteran of the Unites States Army and the Florida Army National Guard. As a Sergeant, Mr. Grant served as an infantry team leader and squad leader both in the United States and overseas.
Mr. Grant earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and English Literature from the University of Miami, and his law degree from The Shepard Broad Law School, Nova Southeastern University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member in good standing of the Florid Bar.
