We are honest 

If you are looking for sugar coated advice we aren’t the firm for you.  We don’t make any promises we can’t keep.  We also can’t promise you any specific results. But we do promise to tell you the pros and cons of any strategy you may decide to go with.  We will make the bank have to work hard to prove their case which can be difficult since the bank has often lost the note.   In other cases we may find violations of law governing mortgages and the sale of homes.  If the lender stumbles along the way we will do our best to get the case dismissed or settled in a manner that reduces the amount of the loan as well as your interest rate.

We charge reasonable monthly fees you can afford 

Some  foreclosure attorneys charge by the hour.  This makes it impossible for you to manage your finances.  Our bill is the same every month for foreclosure defense representation.  We will work with you to create an affordable monthly plan that fits your budget. Our entire fee agreement is in writing so there are no surprises.
